1. Service Description

CompliantIntel provides compliance monitoring services for Texas oil and gas operators. The platform tracks TCEQ, EPA, and RRC compliance status, violation history, inspection records, and filing deadlines.

2. Subscription and Billing

• CompliantIntel subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and automatically renew until cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

3. Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting us. After 7 days, no refunds are provided. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund the current billing period.

4. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

All compliance data on CompliantIntel is sourced from public records maintained by TCEQ, EPA, and the Railroad Commission of Texas and is provided "as is." While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free.

CompliantIntel is a monitoring and tracking tool — not legal advice. You should independently verify compliance status with the relevant regulatory agency. We are not responsible for penalties, fines, or enforcement actions resulting from reliance on our data.

5. Limitation of Liability

• CompliantIntel and its operators shall not be liable for any losses, damages, fines, or penalties arising from the use of or reliance on information provided through this platform.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the prior 3 months.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell or redistribute data obtained from CompliantIntel
• Use automated tools or scrapers to extract data in bulk
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to subscribers via email.
